These are distinctive screw grommets used by BMW on most of their recent vehicles to secure door cards and trim panels. The clip is unusual in that the black rubber and plastic head rotates from the white plastic base to securely lock the grommet in position. The act of screwing into the grommet should rotate the plastic and lock the mount in place.
