These clips are used to mount the rear tail lights on some models of the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter and the Volkswagen Crafter. The clips slide into mounting points on the rear lamps and then are pushed into the bodywork to align and mount the lights. They are not available separately from VW or Mercedes.
