This is an old style blanking plug used by Honda but suitable for many other purposes. Honda used them to blank off holes in the dashboard where some models might have had a manual choke lever fitted. They are equally suited for any holes in the dash or trim panels where radios or antenna may have been fitted. They simply push in and the barbed arms hold the clip in place.
