These clips are used on the VW Caddy (2004-2016), the Transporter T5 (2003-2008) and the Camper Vans (2004-2016). The clip is used on the sliding door rail that is visible when the door is closed. The rail is covered with a plastic trim and it is these clips that attach that trim. Each clip includes a prefixed foam sealing washer.
